I was pleasantly surprised to have a very simple and smooth journey as there is usually a backup of cars and it takes about 20 minutes to get through. When I arrived there (approximately no less), I could order immediately, then pay/pick my lunch that was given to me by a very nice employee who smiled ear, and on my way all in about 5 minutes! As a bonus... the order was right! Very happy with my experience!
This was a very cool and fun opportunity I had from White Castle. Next year I will be sure to book another reservation because, I really enjoyed the time I had there. My boyfriend and I didn't know going into the restaurant what to expect, it definitely exceeded our expectations. So once again I most definitely will be doing this again next valentines day.
Let me preface this review by saying that I've only been to this location on Valentine's Day. It's always a blast. The food is what I assume to be consistent with how it normally is. They do a good job decorating the restaurant, and it's fun to have a server at a fast food place. This is become a tradition for us.

Car-Hop service was great! no problem with opentable reservation. the auto-hop had an inventory to check. the complete menu was available. we ordered us via auto-hop, but toilet app could have been used. we can wait until we return to an indoor experience in 2022! Do not go on Valentine's Day if you have small children. Only 2 high chairs and despite indicating on my reservation that I needed a high chair, they expected me to hold my 2 year old while trying to eat. We walked out after looking forward to this for weeks. Will never do it again.
went there for valentines day and had a blast , place was more crowded than expected but it made it more fun and the service and wait time was great !!! would do it again for valentines day or another occasion !!!
we had an AWESOME time in white castle for their valentine extravaganza. excellent service, great eating and their spotify auto hop playlist was on place. we had a GREAT time and would love to do again next year!
I knew the manager who was also our server and she was incredibly friendly and helpful last year during a regular visit. They and their staff were totally top notch far beyond the expectations! Réservez une table maintenant
