This was our first visit to this location, and it was a great experience. I had been craving White Castle, so we decided to stop by. From the moment we placed our order to the time we paid and received our food, everyone was incredibly friendly and attentive. Our order was perfect and fresh—something that isn’t always guaranteed with fast food these days. Thank you all for your attention to detail! We will definitely be returning.
I waited for 25 minutes and didn't receive the correct change. I overheard the cashier mention to a coworker that he had shorted me. Then, I waited another 10 minutes at the window for two bags of fries and a small order of clams. None of the orders were complete, the fries were cold, and the bag looked used. I was very disappointed.
This was our first time dining at this restaurant on Valentine's Day. We were seated immediately and our waitress promptly brought our drinks and took our order. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious. The waitress was very friendly, which made for a fantastic dining experience.

Sliders are great. I use the app every other month to place larger orders. Order quickly and easily. The staff is friendly and fast. You always get the order right. Good place for a quick bite.
I don't like white castle food. But this store does what they promise. Namely to deliver clean food at an agreed upon price.
The staff was fantastic! They provided balloons for the children, cupcakes, and goodie bags too.
