White Columns - Réservation de table

Great Home Cookin'. The best meat and three restaurant in Ellijay. Real country cooking like your grandmama used to make- provided your grandmama was from Georgia, that is. Love their country fried steak, mashed potatoes and greenbeans! Their squash casserole can't be beat! We live here part time and we eat at White Columns every chance we get. It is a great value, but it's only open M-F.

Based on ratings, I was really expecting that southern home cooked meal. What I got was 2 minutes between ordering and the waitress bringing my plate. No way it's cooked to order. Very dry cornbread and possibly canned vegetables. It's all decent food, but for me, it's not worth going out for. The fried chicken and hushpuppies had good flavor. Friendly staff that did a good job.

If you are ever in the Ellijay, Georgia area, you MUST give White Columns Restaurant a try!!! If you enjoy down home country cooking very affordable prices very friendly service, then you will LOVE it White Columns!!! I have no affiliation with the owners or employees there, I just love the food love the friendly atmosphere, YOU will too!!! Happy Dining!!!!!!!

I did a Google search and came across this little restaurant. I drove all the way there because it claimed to be open and had good reviews. Turns out the information was outdated! The shopping center was in poor condition, and the restaurant was closed. I would recommend avoiding this place; it’s just not worth the trip! Réservez une table maintenant

First visit, food good, big selection. But sweet tea leaves a lot to be desired, almost taste like instant from jar. Really shocked the bldg. doesn't have health code violations and safety, those ceiling tiles and ventilation unit looked 82 years old and customers and food exposed to that, concerning.

I really enjoy dining at White Columns. As a picky eater, I appreciate their delicious vegetables and the best hamburgers in town. Their Philly chicken sandwich is also fantastic! Overall, I highly recommend it.

The food is delicious and feels home-cooked. The service was decent, though it could have been more friendly. The restaurant could use some updates, as the decor is dated with old pictures and worn floors.

Absolutely amazing food, good home cooked southern meals!! The waitress was new and still did a amazing job!! It's a little outdated atmosphere wise but who cares when the food is that good ? Réservez une table maintenant
