White Hart, Littleton Upon Severn

I visited the restaurant for a meal for two on Saturday, November 11th, at 6:45 PM, and the atmosphere was quite uncomfortable. The staff seemed more focused on socializing with each other at the bar, which was quite loud. One staff member tending to the fire was swearing rather loudly. There was only one other table occupied by customers, and we were informed that the kitchen would be closing at 8 PM. To top it off, the chef was sitting at the bar eating pizza. We even had to leave our table to ask a staff member for the bill. I have been coming to this pub for over 30 years, and I have never experienced such a negative atmosphere.

Sunday lunch booked.. didn't have one ...took drinks order and informed no carrots left or Wellington took about 10 minutes for drinks no problem, then another 10 mins to take food order ... ..told no roast potatoes left ...what a sad state...1 beef and one chicken.. ordered ask for mash.. instead...another 15 later waitress came back to be told no chicken left...bizarre. we just upped and left. been here before won't be returning not an extensive menu a little over priced.. I don't expect to pay for cabbage and parsnips as extra.. even if I did they'd have properly run

We visited yesterday as a party of six (four adults and two children) and enjoyed a delicious, relaxed lunch in great surroundings. On arrival the greeting was warm and friendly and the service overall was excellent, it was our first visit but we will definitely come again Parking: Plenty of free parking, just at the rear of the pub Kid-friendliness: My grandchildren, aged eight and five, were made very welcome, and the child’s menu felt extensive. One ordered macaroni cheese and the other. Ham egg and chips

Went here today as part of a group booking. Aside from the general confusion over our booking (table not ready, gave us menus for a pre'ordered meal) the meal I had was very sub par and expensive for what I received. Roast Beef was undercooked to the extent that it was hard to cut, chewy and barely digestible. . Clearly the wrong cut of beef had been used for offering up a rare Roast Beef! Not that I was even asked how I wanted it cooked! Staff were friendly and helpful, but poor meal.. Réservez une table maintenant

All round ok, cold day so expected the fires to be lit and give it a warm cosy feel. Food was good, I had the Pie, which was excellent tbh, staff friendly helpful and observant so would recommend a visit Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

It was wonderful to return after the Covid years. We all agreed that the food was outstanding. The staff was attentive and the service was excellent. Price per person: £20–30. Food: 5/5. Service: 5/5. Atmosphere: 5/5.
