Regularly go to white spot. Langley, Nanaimo, 200th , and Duncan. Duncan is by far our least enjoyable branch. Usually it’s the service. Today the survive was not poor but okay. Today it was the food. I ordered a club house on multi grain, my wife did the same but had a spot salad as the side. Her salad was pretty much all lettuce. Her club had about 1/4 the turkey as what usually comes on a club house. My clubhouse was cut in half and had a dime size of sauce on one side. The other side had no sauce. If you’re ordering the “Chicken Teriyaki Bowl “ make sure you are getting a full chicken breast like the photo below. They put chicken thigh in the first one we ordered hoping we wouldn’t notice. When we questioned it staff tried to tell us they don’t serve chicken thighs here.. lol on the menu they serve gochujang chicken burger made with “ chicken thighs”??Don’t be fooled … breast of chicken cost more than cheap thighs !!
Food was pretty good, service was great. However the cost of drinks is a little ridiculous. A single soda is $4.29. My dad got a tea and it was the same price. Why does a single tea bag cost $4.29? Honestly absurd. Two non alcoholic drinks that cost the business literal pennies shouldn't add almost $10 to the tab.

Good food, friendly service, clean atmosphere. The only thing that took us off guard was the number of people down on their luck in the area of the restaurant. We know this has nothing to do with the restaurant. However, it unfortunately did stand out.
We ordered one of my favourite salads to go but when we got home it was missing a key component. The owner drove the 20 plus minutes out to our house to make it right. Now that's service, totally above and beyond. Thank you Sharon!
Mom and I have been going to the White Spot for over 3 decades as our place to catch up, have lunch, or just for a slice of pie and coffee.Today I got to spend my Mother 's Day visit ? having good food and catching up.
Daughter had to stop for a business call.I've had surgery this morning so was delighted with the menu choices.Coffee is good.This White Spot is really pleasant.Staff are charming.I can recommend.

Food was great, atmosphere not so much. I did feel like I went into my grandparents place. The waitress was amazing however.
Our server was laid back and friendly. Had breakfast and it was excellent. Overall great experience!
