Manager named Den is rude . I recently visited this restaurant with my family, hoping for a pleasant dining experience. However, what we encountered was absolutely appalling. The manager of the restaurant approached us shortly after we were seated and informed us that our child might bore other customers and that we should leave. I was shocked and deeply offended by this behavior.As a parent, I understand that dining with children can sometimes be challenging, but that does not excuse such blatant discrimination. We were treated as if our presence was unwelcome simply because we had a child with us. It 's disheartening to think that in this day and age, a restaurant would openly discriminate...

I don't know why, but this restaurant insists on keeping their air conditioning on full blast at all times. To make matters worse, we waited over an hour for our food, only for it to quickly cool off due to the overly powerful air conditioning. When we requested for the air conditioning to be turned down, the management simply smiled and shrugged their shoulders. We will not be returning to this place.

White Spot is an excellent restaurant with delicious food and welcoming staff. Their regional manager, Paul Breda, excelled in handling an issue we had at the Kensington branch. I was impressed by the personal call he made to address the situation. I will continue to recommend White Spot to friends and visitors in Vancouver, as I feel like a valued customer once again. My side order of zoo sticks were greasy and the batter was real thick and hard. The chicken strips they came with were okay, but I woke up in the middle of the night vomiting at 1 am-ish and it finally stopped at around 6 am-ish. I started feeling ill soon after eating at this location. I had the same thing at a location in Kamloops several days before this and never got sick like this at that time.

Our server Deni was possibly the best server I have had in the last 15 years! He was attentive, polite, friendly, and personable. As it turned out, we even had a small world story in common. However, the burger was very dry and lacked the sauces that it used to have. Thankfully, Deni's excellent service saved the day and prevented a different review.

My girlfriend and I went out for brunch and we got served by Beverly, fantastic experience. She was very friendly and had great suggestions! Brunch was great, and the whole experience left a good taste in my mouth : . I can't wait to go back, 10/10 would recommend. Thanks Beverly!

I had a delicious Steelhead Benny and breakfast at Whitespot on Hastings and Kensington in Burnaby. The food and service were both fantastic.
