Yesterday I went to my first yoga class at Whitman Wellness Center it saw Yoga Your Fascia Laura Walsh I like I the class Yoga Instructor is good and know what I need it for practice I'm planning to take more classes.

Went there for the first time to get a 90 minutes massage with Pam! Completely relaxing! She absolutely knows what she is doing! Will continue going every other week now! Very kind people and a very nice atmosphere!

I love Whitman Wellness Center. I've been taking their yoga classes sevreal days a week and the instructors are amazing. Such an accepting and calming atmosphere. Highly recommended
