Whits Frozen Custard

**Original Issue:** Prior to the management's outreach, my family had a dreadful experience at Whit's ice cream shop—a truly disappointing outing compared to our visits to other establishments like Handel's, Cold Stone, Graeter's, Jeni's, and Johnson's. The shop's interior was cozy and nicely decorated, but the service was where it really fell apart. They were understaffed, which seems to be a common issue these days, but the staff also appeared to lack concern for their customers. The custard here is quite good, with vanilla remaining our favorite flavor. We recently tried the peach flavor of the week, which was enjoyable and had plenty of real peaches in my scoop. However, the peaches had a canned taste. Overall, the custard is better than Culver's, but it doesn't quite compare to Freddy's Steakburgers and Custard. It can get busy at times.

The aromas are delightful. The prices are very reasonable, and the portion sizes are excellent! I really enjoy her frozen kiss dessert; it has a creamy, rich flavor, and the calorie count isn't too high. It's a great place to take the family, although the indoor seating is limited, with more available outside.

Best frozen custard ever! The moment you take your first bite, it feels like you've reached food heaven. The custard is incredibly silky and smooth, and the flavors are simply delightful. While we usually opt for the Whitsters, you really can't make a bad choice with anything on the menu! Réservez une table maintenant

Crazy delicious!!! Everyone was friendly and the Go Red Whitser is incredible. Kind of funny as any Whit has a different name for the flavors. If you like frozen Custard... You will surely love this place... Just a complaint... I can't get enough of it, lol

Great selection, good prices. I love their floats. I've become a bit addicted to these guys in the last year. Their single scoops are pretty huge. Their staff is awesome. Really can't recommend this place enough.

Good variety of frozen custard desserts. Expensive for what you get but my biggest concern is why is ownership pushing a tipping culture? No one is bringing food to my table. Why are we being asked to tip?
