If I could give a zero rating, I would! I called to inquire about my daughter's benefits, and every time I call, they tell me I was given the wrong information. I asked Maria if I could speak with a manager or supervisor, and she hung up on me. I've called about 11 times, but no one answers!
I have a closer WIC center to me but I prefer coming to this one instead. Service is always great I haven't had a bad experience at all. The ladies are always nice and polite.
Prepare to wait an excruciating five hours for them to call your name. This place is a total disappointment.
