In a small town, we were pleasantly surprised to find such fresh and delicious sushi at Jinos. We had heard good things about it and recently decided to give it a try. Since then, Jinos sushi has become a weekly dinner choice for us. Every roll we have tried has been beautifully presented and incredibly fresh. The seafood tastes so good that we often wonder how they manage to keep it so flavorful. Due to COVID-19, we have not been able to dine in, but the staff is always friendly when we come to pick up our order. Jino's has been a favorite spot for me for quite some time. The food is delicious, but the main drawback is the slow service and long wait times. Every time I have visited for lunch or dinner, my group has waited at least 45 minutes from the order to the arrival of our food. The staff does not seem very apologetic about the delay and do not make an effort to ensure drinks are refilled or that diners are happy with their meal. However, if you have the patience to wait it out, the food is worth it. It is tasty! Just be sure to avoid going if you are feeling hungry and irritated.
absolutely love this place! the personal is very friendly and accommodating. the decoration is not half bad. the ambiente is well preserved. eating is so good. I honestly didn't expect a tiny Asian restaurant in estevan this authentic but young I was blown away. I was there several times with my partner and enjoyed eating immensely. it's something on the pricier side, but it's worth it. we order not less than 7 different plates of sushi and it is good 99% of the time. I would go there as long as I live in estevan. kampai!
I used to travel to Estevan regularly but I hadn't been there for a couple of years. I had occasion to go back recently and my okonomiyaki was excellent, just as I remembered. Everything I have had there has been very good. Service is friendly...and reasonably fast although the okonomi took a few minutes don't think it gets ordered that often. I have eaten at Jino’s for dining in and ordering off the menu, during their Friday lunch buffet and through take out. The food is always fresh and delicious! Their sushi is amazing, the best around and even better than some of the big city...places. I like trying new sushi rolls during their Friday lunch buffet. The wait staff is always very friendly as well. Go.,.you won’t be disappointed.
