We had asked spontaneously and got another table at the Wiegands restaurant: It was the best of several good restaurant visits in the last 12 months! Reception and service were warm and the wine recommendation was a perfect match. The food was very good, creative, but not a lofty luxury kitchen. At the end we and the guests of the neighboring table had a nice conversation with Mr. Wiegand. If we are in Bad Oeynhausen next time, we will book in time!
We spent an evening at the restaurant. The dishes offered were an absolute pleasure. Even though they appear to be somewhat price-intensive, they are worth every cent.
