I ordered a large bacon ranch chili cheese fries and other items when I got home they gave me regular chili cheese fries the people who work there really need to pay attention to doing a better job with giving the right order to the customer. I was charged for something I didn't recieve I tried calling to complain but apparently they do not awnser phones either. I highly recommend to avoid this location they recently changed management their standards have gone way down since !!!
My drive-thru attendant was Daniela a young lady who had excellent customer service very polite helpful patient and informative she didn't mind double checking the prices to upgrade my meal and had no problem putting them back down to a medium thank you Daniela for always serving your customers with pleasant Grace and a beautiful smile we appreciate all of you
Yall need to stop having bird brain females working at yall establishment jus came from there today at 4:49 pm.. I told this d girl with blue hair add cheese to chili dog 3 times including before I paided n she still didn't put cheese on my food...PLEASE TRAIN YO EMPLOYEES. ..won't be coming back here again
The driver did not follow the specific instructions for leaving my items. Instead of placing my food on top of the large porch box as I requested, he left it on the porch floor. While this may seem insignificant, it was actually quite important to me. I had to call him back before he got into his car. Réservez une table maintenant
I became ill after eating the chili dog, which was not a pleasant experience. The customer service was friendly, but they should remember to include necessary condiments in the bag (ketchup, mustard).
I didn't get that full amount of chili with that cheesy taste going on on my hot dog that I'm used to and considering I live out of town and I look forward to the wienerschnitzel I was disappointed
The food was fresh and hot. The chili cheese so good. The strawberry shake though? The best. And I'm a chef. Very enjoyable!Food: 5/5
