This was my first time at a Wienerschnitzel location. When I placed my order, the employee responded with a heavy sigh. She asked if I wanted anything else, and when I said no, she told me to go to the front window. I thanked her, but she replied with a blunt "yeah," as if I was ruining her entire day. Someone else in the car even asked why she was being so rude, so I know it wasn’t just my imagination. She wore very expensive jewelry and acted like she was too good to be working the window, flashing her jewelry as she handed me my bag. I don’t think I’ll visit another location anytime soon. The food was hot but plain. Honestly, Sonic has better food than this—and that says a lot.
I purchased food thru the drive thru and ate it in my car. I had a bag of trash already in my car and put the trash of wiener with my other food trash. I took it to wieners trash bin to throwing the trash away and the woman comes out and says dont be throwing your trash in the trash bin that belongs to us. I said okay. She said I saw you throwing away ur trash. I said I no. She said well dont be throwing ur trash away in our dumpster. I said thats fine and walked away. Another karen thinking She owns everything
I dined at the restaurant on January 5, 2024, around 10:30 PM, and unfortunately, I had an unpleasant experience with one of the staff members. She was quite rude, rarely smiled, and insisted on seeing my receipt when I picked up my online order, as if she didn’t trust me. While her lack of greeting isn’t a huge issue, a friendly smile and a warm welcome would have been appreciated. Instead, she appeared irritated.
I went on a date night with my daughter, and she picked this restaurant. I was amazed by how clean and well-organized it was, and the food was fantastic. We ordered chili cheese dogs, chili cheese fries, and shakes, and everything was delicious! This is hands down the cleanest fast food restaurant in Orange County—argue with me if you want!

Wienerschnitzel offers decent fast food that I enjoyed back in my childhood. I didn’t have high expectations, and the experience met them. Overall, it was a pleasant visit.
I just stopped by to pick up dinner for the family. The young woman was very polite and provided excellent customer service.
It was my first time trying these hot dogs, and they exceeded my expectations—they were really delicious!
