What a find this is! We popped in for a drink and found the staff so friendly we decided to book in for a meal that evening. The food was amazing really delicious and the atmosphere is cozy and welcoming. All of the staff...are great really friendly and helpful and we decided to book again for the next night! If our stay in Norwich was longer, I would quite happily work my way through the outstanding menu! Definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be back!
Just down from where we were staying in Norwich is the Wig Pen which has an outside terrace for drinks and food. We only stayed for a couple of drinks but service was friendly and food menu looked good. Very chilled pint of Aspalls...cider.
Nice, friendly pub in a pleasant location. Visited on Friday July and sat in the outside area, mostly under cover. This was fine until the torrential rain started. Nothing we could do except have another beer! Would recommend.
Enjoyed a family Sunday Lunch at this outstanding Norwich pub, greeted with a warm welcome and served delicious lunches and in good time. Great choice for vegetarians and meat eaters alike. Would thoroughly recommend! Réservez une table maintenant
Visited Wig Pen to have our dinner there about with some friend's i ordered the Asian beef stir fry it was very oily and bland, emailed them the next day to let them know, they never did reply!
Went for a meal with work. Excellent service, really good food that was served in good time. Very friendly staff and a very well presented pub. I would highly recommend.
Stopped here for lunch, hadn't booked but plenty of outside seating. Good menu with a good variety of food, staff friendly and helpful.
Hoped to have pint of real ale but couldn't get in as I hadn't booked. Was only but assume they were showing football? Will try again Réservez une table maintenant
