Wildfire - Schaumburg

Although Wildfire is a mainstay in my book, it definitely has slipped in terms of service and ambiance. After making a reservation and having to confirm twice, our party of 8 was seated 30 minutes late, and then had to wait another 10 minutes for a waiter to show up. Drinks were mediocre, and we had to hurry dinner to make our show. Food was definitely good, but overall service was on caliber of a Texas Roadhouse, not a Lettuce Entertain You Enterprise. They need to pick up their game for me to keep coming. Too many other options at this price to get better service with equal food.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating a couple of birthdays on Tuesday evening. At first, we felt very special, they had a nice big table set up for us with menus ready, but then the waitress came and said our table was supposed to be for 5 people, so she made us feel less special. Once she found out the 5 had cancelled, she did a great job of waiting on us. We always love Wildfire, the food, service and the ambiance are wonderful.

We love Wildfire! It’s such a nice treat as it is on the pricier side. The Prime Rib is always delicious. I was a little disappointed in the loaded baked potato as it was very over cooked and too hard to eat it’s on me though for not saying anything to the server. Speaking of the Server she was amazing she went above and beyond and made the experience go from good to great! We will definitely be back.

We sat at a high-top in the bar and shared a delicious, chopped salad the medallion trio (which now comes with a side)! Food was prepared as ordered and we even took some home! Staff is always great at this location, the hostess was welcoming, our super friendly and the bartender made good drinks.

Food was excellent, the service was very good, my issue is if you order a steak medium prepare for it to be undercooked, the quality is good but the temp wasn't , but I would recommend this place overall

Food is consistently excellent. Service was unobtrusive but refilled things when necessary. Prices have gone up a lot (just like everywhere else).
