Williams Fresh Cafe

Poor customer service!I came in to shop this evening, got very cheap and insulting customer service from one of the cashier. Asked her for macchiato and I already paid for it then she came to me that there is a dollar difference in the price and she can’t make coffee for me and was giving me the refund for coffee. Really crazy I am here for the coffee and you are giving me the refund. Earlier you didn’t charge me the right price which is not my fault.Should teach your staff to be nice to customer.Ridiculous behaviour from one of the cashier!

First time being there with my wife. Not a good atmosphere at all!!! Cafeteria style is okay but no menus!! They said the big display board has been down a week. So the server had to show me on his software where he charges the customer what they had and the price.We had our order out on the patio. What a dump. One umbrella and 6 or seven tables. Un appealing for sure But the food was very good!!! Had a club sandwich and my wife a cheese cake and coffees!

The food is amazing, this is the best place in Barrie. Everything is so perfect that it's hard to believe, but it's true. The food is insanely beautiful and delicious, and the staff is friendly. I love this place.

Amazing staff they are always kind, welcoming and helpful. Good vibe, nice spot to meet a friend or do some work. Williams is a gem in Barrie!

Great cozy spot ! Food was very delicious and the staff we're very friendly ! Open later than most cafes in the area !
