I really want to give this place so much more stars, but the food was so disappointing.. I loved the vibe and the interior and the overall concept. But the food could not convince me.. would call it rather expensive for what you get, we had two of the sharing plates and almost everything was underseasoned or just not that good. Too bad because it looked amazing. Eg. The mini burgers: the bun was tasteless, the meat was extremely dry which overpowered the entire burger. As we were still hungry afterwards we ordered desserts. Which we had to wait for for a really long period of time. And also too expensive for the small portion. I tasted a couple of our ordered cocktails and were not specifically my taste, but were well made, but again too expensive, starting from 10 euros a glass. So yess, too bad, I would have really liked this place, but did not meet my expectations

We came here with friends eager to try out this new cocktail bar since it's pretty hard to find good cocktails in Montpellier and we were kinda disappointed. The idea is nice, the decor is very well curated and the themed parties must be nice but that stops there. There's a large choice of cocktails presented in quirky glasses, but since the bar is so dark we could barely read the menu. The cocktails arrived pretty quickly but apart from the aesthetic they were quite underwhelming and overpriced. My friends took the food platter which was also nothing special and I could only have some sweet potatoes fries since there's nothing else suitable for vegetarians, which is surprising even for Montpellier. Bottom line, your money will be better spent elsewhere.

We are vegetarians, so there wasn't a lot here to offer but we noticed the prices were a little steep for everything with meat. We did order the fries which were greasy and undercooked. The drinks, however, were spot on. You can tell a lot of thought and passion went into them; the touch of cumin seeds in my Basil Hayden's cocktail was magnifique! Also a great atmosphere and fun music. For a bar, its great! Unfortunately we read this page and thought it was a restaurant. Don't make our mistake.

We stumbled upon Willie Carter Sharpe by accident, looking for a place for an afternoon cocktail. We sat at the bar and were immediately greeted by Seb and Yan. We talked whiskey, craft cocktails and Montpellier. Drinks were delicious, interior was gorgeous and service couldn't have been better. Seb and Yan even gave us a list of other places to try in Montepellier and Paris.

Great restaurant / bar. Excellent service. Honestly some of the best cocktails i have had. Aparently I need to use more characters for this review to be submitted. Potato.
