I can't believe it took me until the end of 2018 to discover this hidden gem that has been around since March 2017. It's a welcoming spot where you can enjoy a drink, relax at the bar, or sit at the window seats by yourself without feeling out of place. You can bring your own reading materials or browse through the collection of second-hand books they have for sale. If you're with friends, grab a game and get ready for a fantastic time. Even though they don't have a kitchen, they encourage you to order in food to pair with their delicious drinks. This place checks all the boxes for me!
You can sip a glass of wine while browsing their book collection or treat yourself to some cheese and crackers as you enjoy a card game. They offer a small selection of books and board games (about 10-20), featuring classics like Monopoly, Uno, and Settlers of Catan. You can order food from outside since they only serve light snacks. Reservations are welcome without a minimum requirement. The staff is wonderfully attentive, and I will definitely return!

Willows Wine was an excellent place to spend a rainy Sunday afternoon. The combination of a great drink selection, cheese platters with books and boardgames makes this a great place to relax and unwind.

Wonderful venue I really find it hard in melbourne to find friendly helpful staff at wine bars, so loved this venue, would highly recommend to anyone in the area to give it a go.

Super quiet where you can just chill, eat some snacks or samplers and maybe read after buying some books there. Not far from the busy Queen's Victoria market.
