Willy's Mexicana Grill

The red haired worker is absolutely rude. She charged me last week for a small drink and a large and then i realized they were out of small lids so I told her that they were out of Smallwood’s and asked for one and she said they didn’t have one so I said OK well then can I get a large and she literally charged us .20 after we had already paid and been standing there for 20 minutes ordering. Then i come again for some reason and i am trying to fill up my drink and she steps in front of me and fills up hers before me when i thought i was the customer but i guess not. will not be coming back here. too expensive for this terrible service.

Picked up a to-go order for family, and was severely disappointed in the quality of our meals.Food was cold, burrito was poorly wrapped and exploded the moment the foil came off, all of the cilantro was mainly stems (no one wants to eat cilantro stems), and now less than 24hrs later both of us are now sick from the food.Please work with your team and ensure the food is at the correct temperature on the line, and to REMOVE THE STEMS from the cilantro.

I also drive past other Willy’s to get to this one. I have been coming here since at least 2018 and I have never been disappointed or upset with my order. Staff is very friendly and welcoming as you come through the door.Vegetarian options: They have fresh veggies everyday.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, and family oriented.Dietary restrictions: They also have several options for those on dietary restrictions.

The food is fine but the employees here are some of the rudest customer service people I have ever encountered. Anything you ask for they roll their eyes and act like you’re the worst. It’s very frustrating and makes me not want to come here.Food: 4/5

Always my go to! Best Chipotle salsa and the double chicken protein bowl, eat what you love and still healthy! Also great for nacho night take it all home seperate the build and pop in the oven.. m/Food: 5/5
