Oh, How I have missed Wimpy's! Our last restaurant in Bristol closed when I was 11. Imagine my delight when I saw one up here! Saved for the last day of my trip and man, it did not disappoint. Everything was perfect, food exactly as I remember it. Chap serving was lovely, friendly and cheery. Knocking one star off as the price has jumped up exponentially, but as to food and staff, not a single fault. Restaurant was really clean and smart too, the decor was mildly updated but still reminded me of the old Wimpy's that we had. For a moment I was 11 again, out with the family. Thanks very much for a really enjoyable meal.
I haven't been in wimpy for more than 10 years, but came in today because of the old times. eating was amazing as expected, but where the shione was the service of their waiting staff. they were friendly, attentive, attentive and showed real ease for some other older customers who visited. it really made my day to see how friendly, open and generous everyone was with their time and energy. when I visited this wimpy without being excessive, I felt a little better on the human race and the staff there should be really proud of which beautiful people they are.
it took a trip back to the 80s and wished I could have stayed there. who knew that eating was so good and the staff was so friendly and helpful! drove out from liverpool to taste the classic half-fieber with cheese, as I had often made during my dinner and was not disappointed. eating was great, the place was immaculate and the staff was very helpful and friendly. himself had a conversation with the manager who had worked there for many years. can't wait to go again, thank you for me!
a long time since I was here, but I wasn't disappointed. clean, friendly, beautiful atmosphere. our food ordered, but our drinks came first as we wanted. our eating was hot, served on a dish with cutlery and serviettes. the food itself was beautiful. very tasty. So we had to eat fast that took a few minutes longer, but it was all there and not thrown on you in a paper bag.
