My family and I have been frequenting this restaurant for years, and it used to be a fantastic spot. However, I've noticed some recent changes that aren't for the better. What happened to the wings? They're now tiny! The shrimp in the dishes has decreased as well. The size of the lunch soup has been reduced, and I only received six crunchy noodles to add to it—very disappointing. I truly hope Win Hou returns to their previous level of service. To top it off, my most recent order didn’t even include any fortune cookies.
The quality of the food here is inconsistent; it varies significantly with each visit. You never know what you’re going to get. I ordered takeout on March 16, 2024, and received the wrong item. When my wife called to resolve the issue, the person on the line was dismissive of the mistake and spoke rudely to her. They even insisted that we return the incorrect order. I don’t want this restaurant in my neighborhood, and I definitely won’t be going back. Good riddance.

I had a terrible experience with the Beef and Broccoli dish. The beef was pink inside, even though I specifically asked the lady on the phone to ensure it was well-done. Additionally, I requested my chicken wings to be fried a little harder, but they were not. To make matters worse, I found hair on the wings. This was my second time ordering from them, and they've definitely lost a customer. I won’t be coming back again.

This restaurant seems to be declining... the quality of food service used to be great, but that’s not the case anymore. They’re fortunate that there aren't any other Chinese restaurants in the area, so when you’re looking for something affordable and quick, they’re pretty much your only choice.
This is the most amazing Chinese restaurant I've ever visited—it's a place from my childhood. It truly can't be compared to any other!
For fast food takeout, the food is tasty! I've had years of delicious food from there.
