Rosalía is always angry, they don't charge the extra dressing, because the lady charged us for it saying that it was already charged, when she didn't tell us; It wasn't on the menu that they charged extra for, curiously they also gave me jalapenos that I didn't ask for; and when I paid, it put “pico de gallo” on the ticket when it wasn't that; It was just for charging me, I went to complain to the manager and she told me that she would have news for me about what her supervisor told her she was going to do.
During a late-night craving for donuts at 1 AM, I stumbled upon this Winchell's, and I'm so glad I did! The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and calming. The woman who took my order was really friendly, although my mom and I might have been a bit too energetic for that time of night. To the lovely lady who served me, I sincerely apologize if we were a little overwhelming! You were so kind, though!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I ordered a wrap this morning, and after an hour of eating, I became very ill. I'm currently at the hospital with a fever and severe stomach pain. I strongly advise against buying anything from this place.
It's a Winchell's donuts house... The Bengals rock... I even made a special order bacon,onion, tomato. Unfortunately they didn't have cream cheese.. it was awesome anyways.
Always one person services, line two long two wait so I go across street for faster service. I see people leaving out all the time.
The donuts and coffee are fantastic, and the hot avocado sandwich is also a great choice. The service is excellent!
