I came in and was told they no longer make Raspados. After telling her I came in last night for 2 raspados, 1 guava and 1 strawberry, she said they actually do and I got my strawberry raspado. How are you guys trying to sell when you guys are notpromoting your products and flavors. These two ladies Anabel and Maria Jose in the front have zero customer service skills. Imanage a restaurant. Everything we ordered was incorrect and the items we got were over charged. I don?t know who took our orders but everything she asked we could barely hear anything. The breakfast burritos and iced coffee were disgusting. Got three orders of iced coffee, all tasted the same, bland and watery. Eggs were disgusting and bland. 7/11 iced coffee and food is better than this place and that?s just sad.
its an ok donut shop i just hate how the workers there tell me how im supposed to order my food . I am not the one inputting the order on the register it's your job to figure that out . I've worked in a donut shop before and have never once told a customerthe correct way to order a sandwich .
Had a bad experience with one of the workers there; while I was ordering she was rolling her eyes; horrible service?I had to ask for things more than once, she responded with an attitude however she did not do that to other customers?

The coffee here is absolutely fantastic—definitely a 10/10! Make sure to add some French vanilla creamer for an extra treat.
