Windies Restaurant Sports Bar

We just by chance got an opportunity to try the food from here from a lady who bought some and brought it to the school my wife and her works at for the staff and she tried the different dishes and feel in love with the taste. Coming to find out it was from Windies. When she left work that day she got some on her way home for us and we've been hooked ever since. We've been back at least five to six times. I love the fried rice specials that comes with the fried chicken on top. Spring rolls are killer. The chicken is so good we've ordered that by itself. Really awesome food, generous portions and good service. At times they can be very busy during the week but that's expected with the quality...

HAD TO GO ACROSS THE STREET TO KFC TO GET FOOD FOR MY KIDS BEFORE GETTING MY ORDER!!!!!!!!! Went here for my dads birthday. Been here many times before but this time made sure I am never going back. We showed up at 5 didnt get to order until 6. I ordered the oxtail and was told half an hour later that there was none. By 730 i still had not received my food so i went to get kfc for my kids as they were starving and TRYING TO EAT KETCHUP!!!!! After asking 5 times the waiter brought the bartender over who was completely disgusting in her response. She even went as far as to say thats not my problem when i explained this situation to them. Never go here

The food at this restaurant is fantastic, with large portions that are both tasty and fresh. Special mention to Shaki, who sadly is no longer with us, for her incredible drink creations. I would return just for her drinks alone. She was such a kind person. I will have to visit again soon, although I will miss her drinks. Even though I live in the west, I would definitely make the trip for their delicious fried rice. I highly recommend this restaurant, as they have plenty of seating and great music too.

{Visited Thursday, Feb 23/17 at 7:30PM} First time at Windies upon recommendation from my friend. Also my first time going a West Indian Restaurant. Rather than choosing something from the menu we both had the Windies Special Beef. Chicken. Shrimp. and Fried Chicken on top of Rice. For $11.00 the portion was more than worth it! Apparently the chicken wings are really good so I have to come back and try those :P Overall good experience : Réservez une table maintenant

Awful service. Ordered food and was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. It took over 30 minutes. The restaurant was understaffed and the waiter was chatting with other guests instead of attending to us. Definitely not ordering from here again.

Windies they have really good food, so delicious! I always love ordering food from Windies. The environment is very clean and neat, and for the people who work there are absolutely wonderful!

The food is ok not amazing but we had lunch at a more than reasonable price and it was good enough that I ate all the leftovers and my seven yo loved the noodles. We'll definitely be back!

The waitress was extremely friendly. I didn't catch her name, but she provided excellent service. The food was pretty good and the portion size was great for the price. Réservez une table maintenant

Consistency is key. I have always ordered the shrimp fried rice but I can tell it's made by different people. Clumped white rice, no seasoning. Get your act together.
