Windmill Fryer And Grill

I ordered from Windmill Fryer And Grill yesterday, and the quality of the food was terrible. The masala fish and chips were overcooked—practically burnt. I also had saag and chicken, but the overwhelming lemon they added completely ruined the flavor. I've had an upset stomach all day. When I called the takeaway, they initially said they would replace the food with my next order. However, when I followed up, the gentleman on the phone refused to replace the entire order, saying they would only replace the chips. I will not be ordering from here again due to the poor customer service and awful food.

This place is fantastic. The person who made the lamb curry truly has a magical touch. It’s one of the best lamb and chips I’ve ever had. Highly recommend! The staff behind the counter and in the kitchen were very welcoming and friendly. Outstanding service all around—definitely deserving of 10 stars. Thank you so much, guys. I was disappointed to receive cold food on my first order from Windmill Fryer And Grill. The kebab came without any salad, the naan was hard and crumbly like a biscuit, and the chips were awful—full of black spots and tasting stale, as if they were leftovers from the night before. The only draw back me and my famiky would say is the temperature in the shop...it was so hot we couldn't even wait in ther which isn't good...is discouraging Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1
