We took a chance on this spot and truly enjoyed every moment of our experience. It was chilly and rainy, and the place was packed with locals. Our servers were pleasant and welcoming, we were really made to feel welcome. My dad loved the place so much we returned to enjoy our last dinner in Clearwater. The energy was great. The drinks were great. The food was impressive. This little bar tucked away in a small shopping center is definitely worth a visit. Parking: It's a smal shopping center, parking was tight, but we quickly found a spot.
I stop in here each visit to CWB. The food is always good and the experience/atmosphere is nice, too. A simple neighborhood tavern that seems to be extremely popular with the locals and regulars/repeat customers. This tells you just about all you need to know! Maybe not quite a five but definitely more than a four....probably 4.7ish......so, five it is!!!!
This restaurant by the aquarium is a fantastic small bar and grille. It can get busy inside, but there are tables available outside on the strip mall sidewalk. I recommend trying more items on the menu as the ones I've tried so far have been excellent.
You would drive right by this place and miss it. Not very flashy or upscale but the food and drinks are on point ???? Bartenders are attentive and very sweet ???? Definitely check this place out if you are in the area. You won't be disappointed.

The restaurant offers a great selection of delicious dishes on their menu. Although it was a bit crowded and noisy, as expected for a bar, the food was excellent and the service was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it.
Did not go inside or eat. Just sat outside with friends and consumed an adult beverage. The place sounded like people were enjoying themselves. Our waitress was excellent.
After a day on the water swimming with whale sharks, there is nothing better than stopping at the Windward Bar and Grille for some great food , drinks and service!
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I will definitely be coming back again.
