The pizza, as I had many times, great as always. The Chicago Hot Dog was good. The Italian beef sandwich was fine. The bread roll wasn't so great for me. I brought a lot of friends here to try the pizza and they all impressed. Life less than 10 minutes away took 1 hour and 25 minutes to get order. 1 deep dish and 1 pepperoni pizza. However, there were no paprika when we called it?s under the cheese, so I check and peel the cheese from three slices and no paprika. She then says that the pepperoni is really small, are you sure you don't see it??? Are your paprika microscopes, you just told me that you are charged on my pizza for pepperoni, but it? so small I can see it!!!! I ordered online at 5:29 total cost 40.03!! For 2 pizzas!!! The Expected time to be ready was 5:54. But knowing I ordered a deep dish I knew it was going to take longer but I did not expect an extra 45 min wait for a deep dish that was good and a thin crust that tasted worse than frozen. Definitely not worth it.. It was not really busy but there was a couple people waiting. I am in the food retail business and can honestly say this was very poor service!!! We visited this restaurant to sample the Chicago Deep Dish Pizza, and I have to say, it was absolutely delicious! The wait time is around 45 minutes, but it's definitely worth it. While the pizza is a bit on the pricey side, the taste makes it well worth the splurge. I highly recommend giving this pizza a try. The restaurant wasn't very busy at the time; in fact, we were the only customers for a while. It was also very clean, and they had some fun little games to enjoy while waiting. I'm really glad we decided to try Windy City. Since we were in the mood for pizza and live just down the road, it was the perfect choice. We had their white pizza on traditional crust, along with loaded fries and fried pickle spears. Everything was excellent, especially the pizza. The crust was delicious, and the portions were very generous. We will definitely be ordering again!
