If I could give no stars I would. I placed an order I was told would take 1 hour for delivery, but waited 2 complete hours! When the order finally arrived, it wasn't the complete order and was missing items. When I called the store the person who answeredyelled at me to relax, and had absolutely zero customer service for there mistake! Of course I was aggravated but couldn't get aword in before he told me to send it back and don't order from them again. I have given them lots of business and great tips butjust as the rude person suggested, I will NEVER give them a cent of my money! They are extremely overpriced at $6 bucks forfries and $16 for 10 wings! I understand todays a holiday, HOWEVER...
The Buffalo chicken Sicilian pizza is incredible! Only not giving them 5 stars because there?s one employee who is SO RUDE. I called asking for an estimate on when my food would be delivered and the man behind the phone immediately started screaming atme through the phone. It was the most bizarre experience. I thought maybe it was just a bad day but then read other reviewsstating the same thing. The owner should really look into it as it may drive customers away. The food however neverdisappoints!!
After steering clear of this restaurant for more than 30 years, my family finally persuaded me to give it a chance. Regrettably, it turned out to be a major letdown. The pizza we ordered from Windy City Pizza was a mess – the boxes were damp, the cheese and toppings were sliding off, and the crust was soggy. It was the worst pizza I've ever had. I certainly won’t be coming back to this place.
Pay attention to your check I was disappointed when the owner himself padded the price. paid the price with a smile on my face with an aching heart because after years being a loyal customer j got a slap in the face ????.

The only place I go to for pizza and wings! I love Windy City ! I moved out of state and thought about it often when I was having food cravings. Consistently yummmy. Love their buffalo chicken tenders.
Got delivery, first time trying this place and will NOT be ordering again. Pizza arrived with all the Ingredients slanted, and that 1/2 of the pizza became inedible due to sogginess. Really gross.
So I ordered fried chicken buffalo chicken and the fried had no coating and looked like I got it from the Chinese restaurant I'm all set and will not order food again unless it's a special!
Windy City serves the best pizza in Dorchester! The variety of flavors they offer is exceptional and they consistently deliver delicious pizzas.
