Bought a bottle of prosecco that was molded!!!!!!!! When I tried to come back to return it literally 15 minutes later, the lady who hounded me for my I.D and held it for 2 whole minutes scanning it up and down as if she couldn 't read. That same lady was there when I showed her the bottle she said do you have a receipt I said no, I was just here you asked for my id and read it very carefully I 'm pretty sure you remember I was just here simply just wanted to swap the bottle and she wouldn 't let it happen. So I paid $18 for a bottle of moldy prosecco. Now, I have to change my usual liquor store up as well seeing as this one does not care how they treat their customers or if they are selling...
UNRELIABLE store BAD Customer Service BEWARE!!!! Ordered three whiskey bottles from after finding them online. As per the shipping email, they are supposed to deliver on a specific date. Everytime I call them, they just extend the date. Big time scammer stores look like. I DONT RECOMMEND and BETTER ORDER FROM TOTALWINES/Specs . They said i cant even cancel the order. I will go through my credit card company. You lost a customer. THANK YOU WINE CHATEAU for cheating me.
I would not recommend Wine Chateau. What I thought would be a good deal became just the opposite. I’ve had two shipments, both with damage through UPS. Somehow it’s my fault and I did not receive my full order. 1st order I received a refund of undelivered product. Second order, they indicated because I didn’t buy the insurance, I’m liable. I canceled my membership. Thanks, but no thanks. I’ll buy elsewhere
everyone local to me has been out of Sabra for a couple of years. A web search showed Wine Chateau had some. I placed my order in due time received notice they were shipping it to me. arrive well packaged safe and sound. will definitely be ordering from them again.

Usually pretty good but I just bought an 18 pack of beer and it was a month past its sell by date. I tried contacting them over the phone with no success. Be weary of products purchased here.
Would give zero stars if possible. Knowingly sold expired beer. Refused to accept returns or offer a discount. Do not buy from here. Will not be returning
Do not order online..still waiting after 3 weeks for a large order. They will not provide an ETA or follow up with the vendor
Great large selection with really low price better than duty free shop at us airport as well as other country airports
