Took my cousin for Sunday 1/2 off wine really enjoyed ourselves! We had a big meat cheese board and it was delicious. Really liked there pairings they had with the cheeses (different breads sauces), and had a great bottle of wine for 1/2 off, so no complaints. My only qualm was that my server could have potentially been more attentive...but I get it, it was a slow Sunday night, so I won't hold it against her. Will totally be back for the ambiance, wine, and cheese. It wasn't pretentious, which is also a plus!
Always enjoy a stop at Winebar, there is a very unique patio (they take over some of the street) for the summer time. My friend Carly just took over as GM. Can't wait to see the changes she will make, fantastic background in wine and food. I have never been disappointed on any of the appi's I have had or the wine selection. We often go after the Ballet or other performances at the Jubilee.
I highly recommend this wine bar! I love this place so much. It is a very intimate and incredibly cool little restaurant. The wine selection is amazing. Their charcuterie platters are top-notch with unique, high-quality options for meat and cheese; you can't go wrong! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This place is not pretentious at all. It's definitely one of my favorites.
I’ve been to Wine Bar Kensington multiple of times – for my own stag, girls’ night, Sunday half price wine night, and impromptu meetings. It’s a beloved bar for locals, particularly those that live in the hood. Which is why I’m surprised to see this is my first post for Wine Bar.

I have always had amazing experiences dining at this restaurant. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to recommending wine based on your tastes. The specials menu is consistently intriguing. I highly recommend trying the cheese plate and the short ribs!
The food at this restaurant is delicious, and the staff are attentive yet relaxed. Even when the place was busy, they never rushed us. The service was quick, and the prices are fair for the high quality of food. An added bonus is the lovely decor.
Personally I think there's nothing to complain about. I enjoy the wall decor art, friendliness of the staff and their service, and being able to openly watch preparation of food. The flavours of the food were great, not too under or overwhelming.

Had a great time for my birthday last night. Service was excellent, the wine selection was vast with a variety of price points. I had the muscles and they were perfectly cooked! Will definitely be back! Thanks!
Awesome cheese fondue. Great and varied wine list. Place was full when we arrived but the staff was very accommodating and found us a table a few minutes later. Had a great time
