Placed an order for pick up, for my first time, and I must say I disappointed. A couple coworkers mentioned how great the food was so I figured I would try. They ate a different location, Edinburg, but I’m sure it’s just the same if not better or worse. The wings reminded me of the chicken you find in a Chinese buffet, thin moist breading. I got jalapeño poppers, corn, and fries for my sides, and again I was not impressed. And when I got home and started sorting everything out I realized there were three items missing. My 1st time trying this location and it was great! Thank you Aliesha for the great customer service me my family loved the food seeing friendly faces . And thank you for being so patient with us we genuinely appreciate it !! We picked up dinner a few days ago and it was the worst, and the MIC was so rude immature. I asked if it was same owners or what was going on and she laughed and said yes same owners. She credited my order but that's not what I wanted...Bobby, Aurora, Marco you all need to focus on this San Juan location.
I always get the everyday special. Boneless wing 50 cents each when you buy fries or celery sticks.They have different specials everyday.Whether you order dine-in or to-go the wait time is around 15-20 min.The sauces are all great. I recommend razz Chipotle and Buffalo ranch.

I ordered from Grubhub and will never do so again. The food arrived cold and unappetizing, and 4 out of 6 people got sick after eating it. I hope the management takes note of this and takes better care of their customers.
I highly recommend trying the tongue twister at this restaurant. I asked for a recommendation and this was suggested to me, and now I understand why! The food was delicious and the customer service was excellent.
I'm sorry the customer service was bad. the cash register and wait the staff on the phones. my order took 20 minutes. they were 2 other customers there and I. the food was good. very bad customer service
Our wings were so hard like if they reheated them or over refried them. Hope u all get better cooks because ppl pay a pretty penny to go out and eat. ?
