It seems that every other order from here is terrible. Usually, it turns out that both of our hamburgers, even though ordered medium and medium rare, are extremely well done. Today though, we had something new. It seems that they poured the oil with the french fries into the container in addition to the fries. So, I picked up my hamburger, and there was my pile of fries placed into a large serving of oil. It was disgusting. While management is usually fairly good about replacing orders, it’s about the effort. No one wants to leave the house and go pick up dinner again. Wing Factory no longer delivers. This was one of my favorite places to grab wings and fries to go. Things have changed for the worse. The prices have increased…I understand the increase of prices. It’s business. However the service has decreased. Their is a lackluster attitude from many of the staff members that I’ve encountered and it is very off putting. Also, the care for the food has dropped. The wing combo orders come with fries that are place on the bottom of the container. The wings are placed on top and, apparently, the standard practice is to smash the chicken down causing the fries to be flattened. No one asked for wings and mashed potatoes. I have been a regular customer at this restaurant for over 4 years now, dining in and placing takeout orders. My experiences have always been great until my last two visits. The last three times I ordered wings, they were either too dry or not the correct flavor. Today, I ordered hot lemon pepper wings but there was not a single hint of lemon pepper on them. I also requested extra ranch for 2 orders, but it was not included. I usually trust that my orders are correct without double checking, as I have never had issues before. It seems like they have also changed their hot sauce, as it now tastes like a generic store-bought sauce and is somewhat diluted.
The Wing Factory has been a staple for me for the past 20 years. However, I don’t believe they have the same care that they once had. I was amazed to see that portions are no where near what they used to be. They definitely charge the same if not a little more, but you will receive maybe half of what you used to receive. I’m not sure if I will go back because when a business changes their standards, I tend to find other businesses to accommodate my needs and at a fairer price.

Oh my goodness...this salad is the best I've ever had!!! And the hot lemon pepper is incredible! It was my first time trying this restaurant last night and I was so impressed that I had to call them personally to let them know how amazing the food was. I will probably stop by again today.
The food at this restaurant was fantastic and the service was great. The wings I ordered were a medium size, perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I would recommend asking to sample the flavors before ordering, as they are not traditional.
I never leave reviews but TODAY I had to! The food was delish!! You can taste the love!! And Tony was the best! Please excuse the photos I didn’t think about it until we were half way through!! Lol
I’m obsessed with my lemon pepper extra crunchy wings, the restaurant is always very clean and the ppl very friendly. The time they take to bring your food is fast and the price is good as well.

Ordered on UberEats for lunch. Found a clump of hair in my food. When I called, they asked if I wanted to called UberEats for a refund or get “store credit” … Guess I’ll just starve?
