After we finally received the menus, I went to the register to place our order. Victoria completely ignored me until I had to get her attention to let her know I was ready to order. I spent over $30 on our meal, and when we received our food, I noticed that my plain fries could have used some seasoning to enhance their flavor. Let's start with the customer service! I had the pleasure of interacting with Victoria, Sal, and Jonathan, and they were all fantastic. Sal was incredibly patient while my boyfriend and I were figuring out our orders. He even encouraged us to sample some flavors before making our final choices, which was really thoughtful. Victoria and Jonathan were attentive, checking in to ensure everything was satisfactory with our meals, and they were both so friendly. To be honest, the restaurant is in poor condition, and the service leaves a lot to be desired. The owner or manager was quite rude, taking my order in a completely disinterested manner as if I were expected to know the entire menu by heart. When I asked a question, he sighed and acted like I was the problem. This was my first visit, and it may very well be my last. I understand that times are tough, but a better attitude is essential when dealing with customers. Additionally, the chairs need repairs, and there is an unpleasant smell in the restaurant, which is surprising given that it's situated in such a nice area.
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant tonight (October 10th at 10:30 PM). The staff member at the drive-thru was engaged in a long conversation with a customer, which is fine, but it ended up wasting everyone else's time. I waited for my fries for 15 minutes, stuck behind the other car. When I approached the window to politely let her know that my fries might be ready and getting cold, she rudely told me to go back to my car without giving me a chance to speak. I visited this restaurant for the first time and found the food to be good, although on the expensive side. One thing to keep in mind is that they charge for nearly everything. If you want your food seasoned, that's an extra $1.00. Want some flavor on your fries? That'll be another $1.00. And if you're looking for ranch or blue cheese dressing, it’s $1.19 each. While the chicken was delicious and the fries were perfectly cooked, I’m hesitant about returning due to all the additional charges.

My daughters absolutely loved the wings at this restaurant. We regularly bypass many other wing spots just to come here. The service is friendly and respectful, and they do an excellent job of maintaining a clean dining area. We feel lucky to have this place in our neighborhood and can’t wait for our next visit.
