Service is horrible. It was my first time being there at the Fulton Street location on 10.26.22. I decided that I would purchase food for the family as I was too tired from a long day at work . When I asked the cashier about the taste of the chickensandwich special which was on display by the register , she told me to read the board. Since it was not a logical answer I askedif it was spicy , she repeated same . I then told her that it was my first time there and so I needed her assistance . Literally the slowest service and very unorganized. I put in an order to pick up for 9pm at 12pm and when I get there at 9:20 (because they never have orders ready on time) it still wasn't ready. I paid for my order after they found it at 9:30. I didn'tget my actual order until a little after 10pm. I was being extremely patient due to the wing day promotion but after seeingmultiple people come in after me and leave before me, I ran out of patience and asked them what was going on with my order. Onlyafter, did my order eventually come out. The employee issued a very half hearted apology but I didn't care to hear it in themoment. I just wanted my food and to get out of there. Never again.
Heard a lot of great things about Wingstop so it was time for me to try it myself. And it was sooo delicious!!! The Louisiana VooDoo fries were so great. Will definitely be going back again, I need a refill on the Garlic Parmesan Chicken !!!
The fries and corn are delicious, but there are too many crumbs and seasoning in the basket. The chicken has excellent flavor and a crispy batter, but the patty is thin and small. The patty should not be half the size of the bun.

The team working on the evening of the superbowl were extremely swamped but remained polite and helpful to all that entered the store. They made an experience that is bound to be stressful the exact opposite.
The host Suzanne was very rude to me as a customer. The food you have to wait a very long time just to get french fries and a chicken burger, this is the first and last time i am going there!
Stopped by this wing stop about a couple days ago and was just so amazed at how fresh the food was. The wait was short and the staff were super nice and the place looked very clean.
The 10-piece combo was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. The lemon pepper fries were also delicious. The food arrived promptly, hot, and fresh.
