Wing Wah - Réservation de table

We have been regular customers of wing wah for years and I am just so disgusted by the service we received tonight, after a 1 and a half hour wait (when were told 40 mins upon ordering) we called to let them know it still hasn 't arrived, to be told it was on its way (we live not even 5 mins drive away) Another half an hour past and my husband phoned to cancel the order as quite frankly we were disgusted! The person at the other end of the phone replied 'ok no bother ' no apology what so ever!! To this point I phoned to speak to the manager to stress the lack of customer service, again the reply was 'ok ' still no apology. Went to Wing Wah for takeaway, got home to find item missing from order, phoned them and had to go back to collect, no gesture of goodwill made and item was cold. When we did eventually manage to start eating, rice was greasy and overcooked, chips were greasy, lots of little bits and no potato in the inside, appeared to be cheap frozen brand. Curry sauce was runny and overall standard was poor. Wouldn't go back. Front desk staff prepared bags for food to go in without washing her hands after handling money! Don't know what standard previous reviewers are used to but this meal was poor. Save your money

Picked up my meal tonight at 17 20 couldnt have asked for a better meal asked for sliced chicken fillet and roast pork and mushrooms which was'nt on the menu ,they made it anyway ,i'd just like to say it was supberb,could'nt have asked for better, thank you

Moved locally recently decided to try local chinese take away. Food was nice tasty. Could have been a touch warmer and service a bit quicker but overall nice food well priced with friendly staff. Réservez une table maintenant

I believe this Chinese takeout place in Kilmarnock is the best! The food is consistently fantastic, especially the curries. I have never been disappointed with a meal from here!

The best Chinese restaurant in Kilmarnock has been a family favorite for over 30 years. The staff are absolutely amazing and the food is consistently delicious.

The food at this restaurant is consistently amazing. My friends often visit just so we can enjoy a meal at Wing Wah. The satay here is the best in town.

The Wing Wah is by far the best in kilmarnock the food is always piping hot when it gets delivered and always tastes Amazing

Great Chinese restaurant. Highly recommended, especially Breast of Chicken Curry. Chicken Fried Rice is also worth trying.
