Wings Etc. - Réserver une table

I posted this on the Wings, Etc. website but feel this site will give a wider audience my thoughts. I go to the Sturgis, MI Wings, Etc. location a couple times a month and have discovered that you have one of the best servers I have encountered at any restaurant. Peter is a personable man, very attentive to the needs of his customers, going above and beyond the call of duty. For example, I always get a glass of ice water with my coffee so I can put a few cubes in the coffee such that I can drink it immediately. I asked for a spoon and explained why. Not only did he bring me a spoon, he brought a small bowl of ice so that I didn't even need to dip into the glass of water. There's a fine line between the obsequious bootlicker of a waiter who seems to reappear every 15 seconds to inquire about your needs to those who bring the food and then show up again only when summoned for the check. He resides in that small area in the middle where those two extremes are balanced perfectly. He's nice, always smiling, and seems to care about connecting with and pleasing the customer. In other words, he's your ideal employee. You have a treasure there, don't lose him if you can avoid that disaster. After my initial pleasure in dealing with Peter, I will continue to ask to be seated in his area every time. If he asks for a $1 raise, give him $2 so as not to lose him :

It was Friday night, it was busy and we had a party of six. We were celebrating our daughter's 24th birthday. We were able to get a table right away. We then sat there for at least 15 minutes with no waitress. Not a single employee made any acknowledgment that we were even there. My husband had to go find someone. Peter came to our table and took both our drink and food order. We were not in his section but he waited on us our entire visit! Thank you, Peter! You made what started as a bad experience into an excellent one!

Went in for lunch today and just thought wow, these people are so friendly. My server Analiz took good care of our table, and the fried pickle chips were so yummy! The manager, I think her name was Emily, stopped by to check on us, and she made sure to take our dirty dishes and even brought us back refills with a smile on her face too! Overall great experience, will definitely be back! My husband loved how each tv had different sports on and they had a great draft beer selection.

I was in yesterday for St Patrick’s day to do a little celebrating. The food was great, the beer was better and had the best server. Chelsea took great care of us. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place.

Great decor. Good menu/variety. Servers need to understand the menu better. The server totally didn't understand the wedge salad options, and the kitchen made exactly what she entered.
