This place is nostalgic for me. I remember going to the chicken spot deeper on Long Island as a kid and like that my mom lives close to this location. They usually are good but it's the funniest thing to go on Super Bowl Sunday. I should have known that everyone wanted wings from there. I assumed they would all go to the supermarket but nope. The food at this restaurant is always fresh and crispy, which I prefer over the one I grew up eating in Hempstead. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. My go-to order is the spicy BBQ wings and a small serving of fried okra. However, I am not a big fan of the fries as they don't taste the same as they did years ago. The cornbread is also delicious.
I had a fried chicken dinner with Spanish rice. The rice must have been old because it gave me food poisoning. I had a fever and chills and was trembling as a result of eating the rice. And they also place the food in styrofoam trays which are supposed to be prohibited in NYC. let the buyer beware of this establishment!
This restaurant offers excellent chicken for a fast-casual eatery. Despite being very busy, they ensure that their chickens are not left under warming lights for long periods of time. Additionally, they offer affordable meal packages.

Bought 6 flat wings and 1 biscuit. It costs over $10. They were good but nothing extra delicious!! I wouldn't go back. Although I must say I didn't try anything else on the menu.
