I only gave one star because there was not a way to give them NONE! This place SUCKS azz! Dont do it to yourself! We placed an order at 115Pm for lunch to be delivered to the office for 2 ppl, a tuna salad sandwich and a chicken box, which, btw was $20!!!!!!!!!!! Originally they said 45 min. 45 min turned into an hour and half. We called and was told food will be here in 5 to 10 min. Meanwhile another hour later at 3pm I called, like whats up with our food? These bastards said they had to call in another driver and now our food will be here in 45 min per the new driver...??? Meanwhile, we are hungry as hell!!!!!! soooo 4PM, still no food! (getting off in an hr), Chick that answers phone says...
I called the restaurant to report the issue and was advised to speak with the manager. When I returned, I showed one of the staff members the pictures of the undercooked wings. The manager initially said he could remake them, but at that point, I just wanted a refund. I was told I could only get a refund if I brought the wings back, but the person I spoke with on the phone hadn’t mentioned that. The wings were unacceptable, so I had to throw them away.

Something has changed here, and I'm not sure how long it will last. As I was walking by, I picked up a menu and decided to place an order later that night. Unlike my previous experiences, the person who took my call was friendly and seemed genuinely invested in ensuring my order was correct. I can be quite particular, so her warning that delivery would take over an hour was appreciated. It's refreshing to hear an honest estimate instead of the usual 35 minutes that people often know isn’t true, probably just something their manager makes them say. When the food arrived, it was hot, delicious, and exactly how I had requested it.
I hate complaining about food but I will make an exception. I ate the worst wings of my life at this joint. The chicken had a terrible stench of burnt chicken. It was rubbery and I had to use considerable amount of strength to tear the chicken from the bones. The worst part was the way the pieces were cut. The top of the leg piece was cut in a way that you could see the blood/bone marrow on it. Check the picture. If I dipped a $10 bill in sauce and ate it that would have tasted better than their Jumbo wings No wonder this place doesn't even have 3* rating. If only I had read the reviews before going there.

Really?? If the special is pizza with one topping for a fixed amount, then u can 't charge extra for the one topping!!! I ordered 3 x-large one topping pick specials only to discover that the one topping has extra charge of $1.00. False advertisement! Not only that, I ordered on the phone at around 45 minutes past the hour... it 's now 22 minutes past the next hour and I and still here.... Ok... edit time.. at least the pizzas were really good!!! Hence more stars.
This place sucks. I live 7 minutes and the first time I got my food, after 50 minutes, the pizza was smashed to the top of the box so I sent the driver back to get me a new one. And then when he brought the food back, it was perfect too bad it took another hour So I waited a total of an almost two hours for my one pizza. (My pizza was a half pepperoni and half jalapeños, large) and I ordered it on a Tuesday afternoon Did I mention I live 7 minutes away?
This is the worst wing place I've ever tried. First, they completely messed up my order of 36 wings with three different flavors and only sent me one flavor. When I called to address the issue, they claimed I placed the order incorrectly and then hung up on me. The customer service was terrible. I also had to wait 30 minutes for my food when they initially said it would take 15 minutes. To make matters worse, the food was subpar.
Warning! Don't place your order through Yelp for this place!!!! I placed my order,received confirmation, waited the hour they told me to wait only to NEVER receive my food!!!! When I called the business they said they don't receive orders from Yelp?????? I was given 10000 apologies but my hungry 14 year old wasn't interested. I can't rate the food because we never got any but the service didn't meet my satisfaction at all.
