I was very disappointed with my experience. I spent $16, and the food was not good. Half of my boneless wings were fatty and cold. Additionally, when I asked an employee and the manager about getting dipping sauce, I was told I would need to purchase a meal first. The sauces are $1.19 each, but I've been able to get them before without having to buy a meal. It felt like being told that you can’t get a sweet and sour sauce from McDonald's unless you buy a Big Mac! I expressed my frustration to the manager, and I won’t be returning or recommending this place to anyone. I've had enough of Wingstop!
I been waiting to have these wings for a long time, ever since we were in a Manhattan a few years ago and their were promoting their products. I was in love !!!! After years of waiting the time came when my family came to visit from South America and I made the mistake to order from this place. The amount of salt in the fries was excessive in addition to being cold, the chicken was good they forgot one of our drink but we went back and the cashier gave it to us and apologized. Things like that is what can make you don't go back to a place.
This place is great. Yes, the wings and ranch taste amazing, but the service is quick and easy, AND it's typically a fraction of the price compared to other wing places. Add in the fact that they offer delivery and have a bunch of locations around Long Island? Easy choice.
Great wings, however they forgot my tenders from our order and realized it after the drive back home. Every time we order, something is missing. I'm going to need them to double check food orders before anything.

I paid $30 for this? Half of the items tasted like fish. It was served cold, and there was no dipping sauce? I guess I can blame it on staffing issues due to the pandemic, but still, this was disappointing.
This location is amazing. Everything was very fresh and they?re generous with portion sizes. If you want to try wingstop, I highly recommend coming to this location.
Never I repeat never order from this place. Wings dry and Parmigiano garlic wings are hideous. Bbq didn't have enough sausage all tasted like cardboard
They always get me order right. Service is fast. Food is delicious. Associates all seem to be truly happy to work there.
