This place is awful! Employees are incompetent and will mess the order up and then only offer you store credit instead of reimbursement for a charge on an order that wasn’t correct on there end.I ordered over 80 dollars worth of food for my family and it was missing 2 orders of wings for my son! I was told after I paid for the delivery and tipped the drive 10 bucks! I could come in and pick up a gift card. They wouldn’t reimburse the change made on the card even though it was there fault!They even said they wouldn’t come back!!!The manager, I spoke with said I would need to come pick up the gift card too! So imagine, you see this little store next to Aldi, and Taco Bell, you wouldn't suspect much from the initial impression, but lurking, a diamond in the rough. A sleeper pick for chicken, it's a bit of an oddity that people don't regularly talk about how delectable and savory Wingstop's options are. Ignoring the chicken wings, their chicken sandwich stole the show for me, their atomic flavor. That sandwich. Genuine spice, tingle, a dance with the spice gods might I say. It's a kick that no other spicy chicken sandwich has yet to trump for me. Mediocre food,horrible costumer service. I order a chicken sandwich,Cajun fried corn and fries. The sandwich is the saddest sandwich I seen in my life. The chicken was chewy and and the bun was soggy. Fries were crunchy at the end and soggy in the middle.The corn was the only good thing about my order. I do understand that this is CHEAP food,but still. I rather spend extra somewhere else and get something a little more edible. This location also has no parking,the strip mall is always busy and makes it difficult to find parking spots.

I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS, BUT TODAY THIS STORE DONE GONE ME ALL THE WAY MESSED UP ! I spent $70 on wings for this girl to get me order wrong. I am so outraged. She made it seem like she done had everything correct, when they served me boneless instead of bone in. Like I know you know what it feels like when you expect some good wings and get boneless. But I guess that’s my bad for not checking the bag. I still give this store a 0 for this experience. Réservez une table maintenant

Very inconsistent food staff never seems to know what they're doing here. My order is never right and when it is they manage to make it terrible. Last time I went in to pick up my order they told me it wasn't ready and I ended up waiting 20 minutes until the same employee asked me what my name was again then showed me my order that was sitting there the whole time.

Karen is amazing! Any problem you could think of she will be there to solve it with pure class and expertise. Give this woman a raise! Things like this go under looked in the service industry sometimes. I truly appreciate the help. 5 stars is well deserved. Thanks for such an amazing experience. 10/10 will recommend and be back as a repeated customer!

The employees are friendly but however the wings are absolute garbage! 3 different flavors and barely any taste in them. Can barely taste any flavor in any of them! Stick to Wing Zone everybody!! They are the way to go. This isn’t the first Wingstop I’ve been to and the wings are garbage and the fries are garbage as well. Sorry but it’s true ??‍

The worst experience ever, will never come back again here , very rude and disrespectful staff, they won’t answer my phone order , they said they don’t take orders anymore, 40 minutes before closing time, because they can’t handle it , even though the place was empty Réservez une table maintenant

Asked for well done wings and got cold and soggy : and fries were also cold and wet and tasted like there was sugar on them? You’d think a place called wing stop wouldn’t mess up wings. Also I didn’t get a straw for my drink or celery

Not sure how I feel about this location. Tried it a few times so far and I've come to these conclusions: 1- it's ridiculously slow 2- it's very pricey 3- the wings are decent. Not sure if it's worth the hassle in the end.
