This restaurant is terrible! The staff is completely incompetent and often messes up orders, only offering store credit instead of a refund for mistakes made on their end. A sleeper pick for chicken, it's a bit of an oddity that people don't regularly talk about how delectable and savory Wingstop's options are. The food was mediocre, and the customer service was terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich, Cajun fried corn, and fries. The sandwich was the saddest I’ve ever seen—chewy chicken and a soggy bun. The fries were crunchy on the outside but soggy in the middle. The corn was the only highlight of my meal. I get that this is cheap food, but I would rather spend a little more elsewhere for something more enjoyable. Additionally, this location has no parking; the strip mall is always crowded, making it hard to find a spot.
Kid at the register was terrible. I placed an order for pick up at 10 pm. Told me my order would be out in 10 mins when I got there and I waited until 10:45 for him to tell me they didn?t receive my online order. IT TAKES YOU 45 MINS TO SAY THAT ?! Andyou lied the whole time saying ?your order will be out shortly?. Don?t come to this location, you will be waiting at least anhour minimum to get your food and the girl who was bagging up the food had a nasty attitude. Terrible location

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I waited an unusually long time for my food. I ordered wings, but they only had a minimal amount of sauce and were served cold. To make matters worse, they seemed either old or overcooked. Additionally, the noise level was excessive, and the Coca-Cola machine only had three soda options. I usually come here and have only minor issues, but this experience was unacceptable. Everything about my meal was disappointing.
The food quality at this restaurant is quite inconsistent, and the staff often seems unsure of what they are doing. My order is frequently incorrect, and when it is right, it still ends up being disappointing. During my last visit to pick up an order, I was told it wasn't ready, and I ended up waiting 20 minutes, only for the same employee to ask for my name again and then show me that my order had been sitting there the entire time.
The staff is friendly, but unfortunately, the wings are really disappointing. I tried three different flavors, and they hardly had any taste at all. You can barely detect any flavor in any of them! I recommend going to Wing Zone instead; they really know how to do wings right. This isn't my first experience at Wingstop, and I've found the wings and fries to be unsatisfactory here as well. Sorry, but that's just how it is!
Karen is amazing! Any problem you could think of she will be there to solve it with pure class and expertise. Give this woman a raise! Things like this go under looked in the service industry sometimes. I truly appreciate the help. 5 stars is welldeserved. Thanks for such an amazing experience. 10/10 will recommend and be back as a repeated customer!

I had the worst experience at this restaurant and I will never return. The staff was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I tried to place a phone order, they refused to take it, stating they weren't accepting orders anymore, even though it was 40 minutes before closing and the place was empty. They clearly couldn't handle the situation.
Asked for well done wings and got cold and soggy : and fries were also cold and wet and tasted like there was sugar on them? You’d think a place called wing stop wouldn’t mess up wings. Also I didn’t get a straw for my drink or celery
