It?s not sanitary AT ALL!!! HELLOOO??????? THERES A PANDEMIC! They don?t wear gloves, we were waiting for our order since we ordered online and we were watching how they made things. One of the lady?s dropped a wing in the bag or outside the bag and sheclearly looked at us and saw that we were watching so she took it out, either she threw it or she?s gonna give it to someoneelse. We also ordered pure carrots, they gave us celery???? They don?t check, it?s not sanitary, What?s the point in working ifyou clearly won?t do something correct? I understand humans make mistakes but not mistakes to an extent where they can?t evendouble check.
This morning at 8:45 AM, I went to pick up my order and witnessed an employee engaging in extremely unsanitary behavior. I nearly left, but felt sorry for the cashier and didn’t want to cause a scene. Unfortunately, because of what I saw, I ended up throwing my food away. I hope the manager addresses this issue seriously; what the female employee did to the customer’s food is completely unacceptable. Given the recent global health crisis like COVID-19, it’s shocking to see someone handle food without gloves and act like it’s no big deal. I’m very disappointed and had to get my meal somewhere else because of this.
I bought my favorite boneless Louisiana rub ...but 3 things went badly wrong ...wings were cold ..fries were burn and my had meld ice.......Wingstop reason why I didnt go back... it's because that was my last with this location....poor this is why people are quitting everywhere and not caring no more...smh..to this place
I love this location because everything is always on point! The spices are perfect, the sweet crispy carrots are delightful, and the corn is just amazing. However, on this particular special day, something went wrong with the corn. I'll still give them a five because I'm sure it won't happen again, right?

I paid for 10 bone in wings and this is what I received for my to go order 8 boneless wings. It was too busy to check so my mistake was trusting the young girls. It's Unacceptable! I expect a respond from the manager/supervisor to get what I paid for.
I luv this Location cuz they always get it right! Perfect seasoning, sweet crunchy carrots nd that corn is OMG, ? However, THIS Particular day I donno wut happen to the Corn.. ?? I still give them 5? cuz it won't happen again, right!? ?
The only restroom available for customers in the entire La Alameda plaza was at this location! Ross, Marshall's, and CVS—have you heard of Lysol? Wingstop was quite busy, but the staff were very friendly. Excellent service overall!
I visited Wingstop for a meal for two, but the fries were overcooked and burnt, leaving an unpleasant taste. Unfortunately, since we were already heading home, we weren’t able to get a refund.

The food used to be great, but now that they have so many customers, the quality has dropped considering the price. My fries are consistently cold and under-seasoned.
Never follows instructions or doesn 't understand that Well done means extra crispy and not soggy.
