Terrible customer service, employees don't even wear gloves to handle the food, I saw one employee changing the trash and that same guy was putting the fries on the tray so they can be ready for the orders and he didn't wash his hands at all after taking out the trash. Health department should visit that establishment. Other customers were waiting for their orders and the employees were laughing and having side conversations in the background while paying no attention to the clients. My advice will be Don’t order online. I ordered online and paid online as well. Page said it will be ready in 16-21min. Showed up after 25min because I didn’t want to wait in store. I walked in and said ‘I am here to pick up.’ Girl staff didn’t respond and kept on helping other customers. I thought she is busy so I didn’t mind waiting. I am giving a low rating because of the unsatisfactory customer service. They need to announce orders when they are ready. I waited for nearly an hour, only to discover that my food was sitting on the rack and getting cold.
The entire staff was in the kitchen, leaving no one at the front to assist. The fries were unappealing, and my pickup order was missing the ranch dressing, even though the 50-piece order is supposed to come with four.
If they are going to charge such exorbitant prices, I expect my order to be correct. I requested the wings to be well done, and they weren't even close. I've had better wings from Vons. I'm done with this place.
I placed my order online for pickup at 9:15pm and I ordered 2 hours prior, I arrived at the store at 9:45pm and my order was not ready! Then I still had to wait another 15 mins for wings, very unacceptable!
