So I work nearby, don't have a car, and today at 5:55, I ordered ahead on the app and was MADE to pay ahead on the app, and so I walk in and they say 5 more minutes, no problem, I tip as I always do, and I wait around for 20 something minutes for no one to speak to me, or even apologize for the delay (I was only told 5 minutes and never spoken to again).
