This place doesn?t deserve 5 stars im sorry I ordered buffalo fries and ended up pulling a long hair out my mouth and found another in the basket of fries, and when I called to tell them I asked for a manager and the girl that answered was unbotheredand didn?t care to be honest and just told me I can give you credit for next time or refund and just hung up I didn?t even havea chance to answer her or say anything at that. So no this place doesn't deserve no 5 star.
The food is delicious! I give five stars to the hardworking kitchen staff, but the cashier's customer service was disappointing. I had to repeat my order multiple times because she was busy playing a live UNO game on her phone. It seemed like she didn’t even notice that her nose was literally dripping in front of me. I noticed she was treating all customers the same way while we waited for our orders.
Absolutely the worst wing stop around. Managers never paying attention to customers , many orders in the rack and they just walk out and smoke , walking right past the orders , laughing and joking in the back just completely ignoring food that is ready..,constantly long waits when food is actually ready , hands down the worst experience ever and I will never go back. This happensevery..single..time
Make sure to double-check your order before leaving! Don’t rely on the staff to get it right. This is the third time I’ve experienced missing items, even after they assured me everything was included. Management really needs to train their employees on how to verify orders properly. I understand finding good help can be challenging, but this is just unacceptable! Réservez une table maintenant
I waited over 50 minutes for 10 pieces of food. I placed my order online and went to pick it up, but they repeatedly claimed they had no record of my order. I showed them my online order number, but they acted as if they hadn't seen it. While I was waiting, other customers who ordered after me received their food before I did. It was just 10 pieces!
Their is one cashier that is very rude and disrespectful, she yelled at me and rudly took my money when I paid. Other than that the the other workers are friendly. The wings are pretty good its nothing special. I recommend the cheese fries because they arevery good.
The cashier JESSICA was rude and unprofessional. From her not greeting and doing her hair in a pony Tail in the cooking area so unsanitary not even washing her hands. The wings were a 3 out of 10. Never will I come back to this establishment. Would NOTrecommend
Ordered wings ahead of time, I got to the place and still had to wait another 7-9 minutes.. then gave it to another customer and they wanted me to wait another 15-20 minutes!! Told my wife we should of gone to bdubs! lol Réservez une table maintenant
Jessica was extremely friendly and attentive to our order. Additionally, she provided us with sodas and even offered my baby a drink.
