My wife, unaware of our previous bad experiences with this location, decided to order from here for a third time since she was craving wings. She went in because she is pregnant, but once again, they got her order wrong! Afterward, she called to speak with a staff member, who promised her a free meal the next time she ordered. We just tried to place an order again, only four days later, but they didn’t honor the promise of the free meal after messing up our previous order. This restaurant really needs new management. I voiced my concerns to a night manager before and thought I’d give this location another chance since he seemed to understand the ongoing issues. Unfortunately, the same problems occurred with my recent order! It’s incredibly frustrating. The wings were undercooked, and the skin was raw and rubbery. Once again, the wrong seasoning or sauce was added to my order. This is my fourth attempt at this location, and it will be my last. Save your time and don't bother with this place; they clearly don’t care.

I wouldn't recommend this location. I've been here twice, and both times my wings were dry. The last visit, I mentioned that there was barely any sauce. This time, I specifically requested extra sauce, and the cashier assured me that they usually put a lot on. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I also asked for my fries to be well-done, but they came out limp and soggy.

We visit this location because it's convenient. The chicken tenders are generally excellent, but the fries are often soggy. The main issue, however, is that they don't answer the phone for orders! Today, we had to go inside to place our order since they didn’t pick up after 10 minutes. Additionally, they charged us for three sides of sauce that should have been included. I received someone else's order when I got home. I returned to the restaurant, and they quickly prepared my correct order fresh. It was a hassle-free experience. Make sure to keep your receipts—originally, I ordered a 30-piece and mistakenly received a 15-piece.

This will be my last time going to this location my order is always wrong. This evening my wings were cold to the touch and the order was incorrect. I called to tell the manager and he could care less. I will be reporting them to corporate.

Terrible service here. Fries were undercooked and chicken was rubbery and tasted old. When I called to complain, the manager hung up the phone. There?s so many bad reviews and now I can see why!
