My wife, unaware of our previous negative experiences with this location, decided to order from here again for the third time because she was craving wings. She went in herself since she is pregnant, but unfortunately, they got her order wrong once more! Afterward, she called to discuss the issue with a staff member, who promised her a free meal for her next order.
When we tried to place another order just four days later, they did not honor the promise of the free meal after the mistake they made last time. This restaurant really needs new management. I voiced my concerns to a night manager before and thought I’d give this location another chance since he seemed to understand the ongoing issues. Unfortunately, the same problems occurred with my recent order! It’s incredibly frustrating. The wings were undercooked, and the skin was raw and rubbery. Once again, the wrong seasoning or sauce was added to my order. This is my fourth attempt at this location, and it will be my last. Save your time and don't bother with this place; they clearly don’t care.
This place NEEDS new management. I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was terrible, and the fries were undercooked while the chicken was rubbery and tasted stale. When I tried to voice my concerns by calling, the manager simply hung up on me. After reading so many negative reviews, I now understand why this place has such a poor reputation!

We come to this location because it?s close. The tenders are usually great but the fries are usually soggy. The biggest issue, they don?t answer the phone to place an order !! Today, we had to come in to order because they didn?t answer for 10 minutes andthey also charged for 3 sides of sauce that were supposed to be included.
I ordered 20 wings and a side of fries, but I only received about 20 fries—so it's like I got one fry for each wing? Not impressed at all. I typically go to the locations in Carol Stream or Addison, but I will not be returning to this Wingstop, which is the closest one to my house.
This will be my final visit to this location, as my orders consistently come out wrong. This evening, my wings were cold to the touch, and the order was incorrect. I called to inform the manager, but he seemed completely indifferent. I will be reporting this to corporate.
This has been my go-to Wingstop since I moved out here from Chicago, and I've found their quality to be consistently excellent.

Food is undercooked. This has happened on multiple occasions. If you go there check it before you eat it.
