I used to go to Wingstop at least 2 times per week up until this week. Earlier this week I called and placed an order for a chicken sandwich at 145pm I was told it would be done in 7-10 mins (expecting no later than 155pm). I arrived at the establishment at 225pm expecting to walk in and just grab my food as I was on my way to work. When I arrived I was told that my food would be ready in 2 mins. I was already alarmed by that because it was supposed to have already been done. So as I?m waiting another customer walks in and gives them a sandwich that he received as apart of his wrong order. My first time eating at this Wingstop, the chicken was Cooked Fresh and so was the Fries. It took a long time to get my order ready thats the only reason i gave them 4 stars instead of 5. I only ordered 6 wing combo all flats and well done fries with extra seasoning, i called my order in and it took them 35 mins to get it ready after they originally told me over the phone 15 minutes ????I do plan on going back again because the food was fresh and not frozen or reheated. Hopefully this won?t change and the food continues to be awesome ??????
Undesirable Quality of Food and Service! I've ordered twice in just the short time Wingstop of Romeoville opened. Both times were large orders, and the food and service were unsatisfactory. I should have never gone back to this location, but I thought I would give them another chance because they had just opened. But, wow, was that a mistake. Wingstop overcooked the chicken so bad we couldn't eat it. I reached out to Wingstop both times, and they've never contacted me back.
The overall experience was above and beyond. I had the 20pc classic. And fries. The taste was really good, and it was fresh. When I came in to pickup the staff was super friendly and took care of me . I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for wings. Despite the other reviews I think this place is really good. Will be back .
