I came for the first time to this location and had a very unwelcoming experience. The cashier was extremely rude and made me feel like i was a problem to her since i ordered. It was a terrible experience, I received my food very cold. It was as if it were sitting there from a previous order and they just gave it to me. When I told them about this politely and asked if they could remake the fries , they told me no and thatit?s my fault the food is cold. They also proceeded to tell me that I?m not entitled to a refund. The manager started to speakin another language and they employees started to laugh. Although relatively new place in it town. This particular Wingstop is consistently slow. I always order a head and I still have to wait 20 minutes when I will get there. On my last visit the app said it will be 14 to 19 minutes. I made my order at 5:14p.m. after my 20 minutes wait inside the store which negates ordering ahead I received my order at 5:49. On top of that I wantto get sweet tea out of the fountain. It wasn't sweet tea and very light. There's only one girl at the count and she seemsoverwhelmed because a lot of people are coming in. Cashier Maicon was the only positive experience I received while being at this location . He was the only cashier on shift , so he was definitely doing his best answering phone call orders as well as taking in person orders. Besides that unfortunately the atmosphere was unpleasant. The tables were not wiped down and still had garbage from previous customers . Had to bother staff myself to ask for something to wipe down for staff to then clean. Food overall was great and to my liking . Definitely a place to order OUT from .. do not recommend sitting in to eat .
Love going to this location I always get flats only lemon rub large fries large drink everyone there is very professional and polite money well spent everything?s made fresh from scratch so if you feel like you?re waiting a little too long consider thatis fresh you?re having a real meal
When I went to pick up my food, the staff were laughing and exchanging glances, making me feel uneasy as if they had tampered with my meal. This made me uncomfortable, and I decided not to eat there at all.

Our order was completed quickly and it was correct. However, the fry recipe is not appetizing I will go for vegetable sticks from now on!!
Food is good but the service is super slow order was taken at 5:42 10 piece wing combo 6:15 I'm still waiting for my order! Not good!
