The food was good; my kids and I had the chicken sandwiches with different sauces and an 8 piece wings. All of us enjoyed them, and the fries and the house-made ranch were really, really good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The problem was that it took almost 40 minutes to get our food. The staff were apologetic, but I really don 't know why it took so long other than they seem to do a lot of call ahead and Doordash type orders (we were walk-ins so I think we got lost somewhere in the mix. This Wingstop location is the worst in the area. The staff outright refused to assist me—one employee even walked away, telling me someone else would take my order, but I ended up waiting five minutes while that person was in the bathroom. There were three other employees nearby, yet none could help except the one who was unavailable. I’ve visited three times, and each experience involved ridiculously long waits and terrible service. I also suspect some questionable behavior among the staff. The food was not worth waiting an hour for. I won’t be returning. It’s a shame because Wingstop’s food is usually great, but this location badly needs serious management changes and a thorough corporate...
Worst customer service ever. If you're not waiting an hour for your pre ordered order you're going home with half of what you paid for. God forbid give you your money's worth of fries (cold). The last time I went there I ordered 3 orders of fries. Gothome and everyone of the fries were at the bottom of the bag. The people who work there are not the sharpest tools in the she.They're just tools rude, ignorant people.
This was my first time trying Wingstop, and we ended up having it two nights in a row! The wings were so good the first night that we wanted more. However, on the second night, the wings were surprisingly tiny, almost like they came from quails. They still tasted great, but the size difference from one day to the next was quite noticeable.

Some things you truly can?t make up.. I paid $35 for 2 meals, these were the fries cooked in old oil and burn.. the wings undercooked, went back the next day to get my order properly made. I paid online and went to pick up. My boyfriend ate his so Istill took a $14 loss.
The food was terrible! This is the worst Wingstop I've ever been to. The fries were burnt, the ranch tasted like lemon, the wings were tiny, and the lemon pepper had no seasoning. The buffalo wings had no sauce at all. It was utterly disappointing!
They delivered the wrong order to my house and didn’t even bother to knock. I called them for 20 minutes, only to get a pre-recorded message each time, and then was hung up on six times. What a terrible way to run a business.
Should have read the reviews before we ordered. We ordered for superbowl. The staff was overwhelmed and disorganized. We cancelled our order after waiting an hour and still not having an eta on our food.
