Horrible location!! Last time they took 40 minutes to give us our wings when we called in ahead of time. The most recent time we went 11/26/2022 I called to order at 11:35 pm and they had so me holding for 4 almost 5 minutes. I was already making my way to wing stop when they refused to answer. I get there and they refused us service, even though they would’ve been done if they would’ve answered the phone. Mind you they close at 12 am and we got there at least 20-25 minutes before closing mind you this is after I had tried to call ahead of time and they didn’t answer . This restaurant is excellent! We initially had a not-so-good experience in December, but after speaking with owner Brian, we decided to give it another try. Brian made things right and our next meal was proof of that. I found him to be honest and trustworthy. The next time I ordered food was in Edinburg (at the university), where I met Phylicia. Even though it was not her responsibility, she still went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Both of us greatly appreciate the outstanding food and service at this restaurant!

I attempted to place an order over the phone, but the website wasn't working properly and I got disconnected twice. When I called for the third time, the person who answered couldn't understand me and didn't let me finish speaking. Frustrated, I decided to visit the restaurant in person, but there was hardly any business. Despite the long wait on the phone, there were only a few employees who seemed to be moving slowly. I suggest going to Wing Barn instead - they have better deals, a nicer atmosphere, and tastier food. Réservez une table maintenant

This place sucks. The girl cashiers are rude and ghetto. They are constantly getting orders wrong. Worker on the phone told me “YOU took the wrong order.” They are hilariously condescending for no reason. Spare yourself the aggravation and go to the Wingstop off the expressway in Mission.

The staff at this restaurant show little concern for orders, resulting in longer wait times for customers. Regardless of the simplicity of the order, patrons are left waiting. Even slower orders are often incorrect. Despite these issues, the food is rated 3 out of 5.

The Girl working the register was rude. I didn't like it that they were spraying chemicals while the fries were on the counter and they were also doing the food. The place is dirty.

It wasn't clean. The Soda machine was made of syrup and the wings didn't even have sauce on them. It happened twice. Stingy with the sauce
