Wingstop - Réserver une table

I’ve tried ordering from this place twice and both times it was a complete disaster. I don’t ask for much especially dealing with the fast food restaurant as big as Wingstop. However, I expect you to at least do what you’re supposed to each time I ordered the food wasn’t hot. The fries didn’t have enough seasoning and weren’t made to my request which was extra crispy and both times I ordered wings they weren’t fully coated, I thought Wingstop is supposed to toss your wings. It looks like they are lazy and they just drizzle sauce on the top. I remember back in the day used to be so much extra sauce. Customer at register. Completed order then had another separate order. Then again so 3. While two other customers were waiting. 1 bag on rack. Take care of one customer/order at a time. Especially knowing a bag on rack with 2 for pick-up. Simple “hey what’s the name” asking both of us. Then the whole smart remark of do you want drink not acknowledging anything. Lady walks out as if she owns the place not holding door and as it slams to me pushing it open the wind takes it. Entitlement service ?

Amer is incredibly warm and friendly. My friends and I usually grab the same order when we go out to eat. He always extends a warm greeting and shows us respect. He always has a smile on his face and laughs along with our jokes.

They have the best workers, I have been coming to this place for more than a year and they have always amazed me especially Amer, what a guy, always nice and respectful. Thanks to him!

Ordered 10 boneless chicken wings. They handed me 10 salty and spicy chicken nuggets. Never again!!!
